Root Ritual Hair Oil
Bhringraj infused into sesame over three weeks, not added as an extract. Root-first, the night before you wash.
We take orders by message. Tell us you want the 100 ml and where you are — we will handle the rest.
Part the hair into four or five sections and work the oil into the scalp itself, not the lengths. Five minutes of massage with the pads of the fingers — the circulation matters as much as the oil. Leave it overnight, then wash out in the morning. Once a week is enough; twice if your scalp is very dry.
Sesamum indicum (cold-pressed sesame), Eclipta alba (bhringraj), Murraya koenigii (curry leaf), Nigella sativa (black seed), Tocopherol. Nothing else.
Dry or flaking scalps, and hair that has been coloured or heat-styled. It is a heavier oil, so fine hair should use less than feels right. Not scented — the smell is the herbs, and it washes out.
Dispatched within two working days of confirming your order. Glass bottle with a dropper, boxed for transit.
An infusion is not the same as an extract, and the difference is three weeks.
Extract is fast: you pull the compounds out with a solvent and add them to a base. Infusion is slow: the herb sits in warm oil until the oil takes on what it is going to take on. It is less efficient and harder to standardise, which is why most brands do not bother — and it is why this bottle smells like a kitchen rather than a salon.
